We have lived here at Ashton Creek for three years and we love it! The property manager is awesome and always helpful, and the maintenance staff are great. The property is well maintained, the lighting is good for walking in the evenings, and I feel safe living here.

Truly enjoy living here. The apartments are laid out well. The staff are always polite and courteous. Maintenance is swift (within a day or two). In the back of the complex is moderatly quiet, but still noisy enough. Dogs are allowed, only a couple of breed restrictions. For the price, I would defintely recommend!

Everything here is great, except for the fact that they allow a tractor trailer be parked on the side of the street. Who ever owns it lets it run from anywhere between 3-5 hours a day. Not to mention once it was until 11:45 on a sunday night. And its extremely loud, we constantly run our air conditioning just beacuse we can;t have any windows open!!! Definitely a huge problem!

Ashton Creek Apartments in my opinion are the best apartments I have lived in yet. The people there are always friendly and very helpful! Anytime theres a problem with something I have they are always quick to get here and solve it. The property manager there is the sweetest woman I have ever met and has always worked with me whenever I was going through problems... anyone would be lucky to...
