My first experience with ASAP towing was great, and now I am a repeat customer. Brandon, their main driver, always takes care when securing my car, and there is never any tow damage. Carolyn (owner/dispatch) always keep me updated on ETA and is reachable 24/7. I've used ASAP for emergency and convenience towing, jump starts, and gas delivery, and they always deliver as promised
I have used this company often. They are kind, courteous and professional. They are ethical and follow the law. The negative reviews are from the same person who was illegally parked and towed at the request of the property owner. (Edited March 21, 2013)
One day I was in need of help (car broke down), I called ASAP towing and they took great care of me. The lady on the phone was very kind, helpful and professional. The driver was the same, not to mention knowledgable about my car. I really was surprised because sometimes you just never know what to expect! Their response time was exactly when they said it would be. Unfortunately, I have needed help since then. I have locked my keys in my car and needed another tow. Because of my GREAT experience, I called them again. As expected, they did not let me down. I will not use another company.
I investigated this review and found that this person drove someone else's car and it was impounded for being illegally parked. Accoridng to VA state law, an automobile can only be released to the registered owner, unless the person paying out the vechile has an ORIGINAL notorized statement from the owner. There IS an office for this company at another location in the area, with a working fax machine. The automobiles are housed at a locked gated facility centrally located in town. It is my understanding that the profanity used in this case was by the vehicle driver, who was redirected to take his complaint to the management company who had his car towed. It appears he did not want to pay the usual and customary impoundment fee which is set by the state or follow state law in retrieving the vehicle. It is understood no one likes to be impounded.
These guys are great. We broke down in the middle of the night. The dispatcher that we spoke to was very nice and helpful. Once the tow truck arrived, he, Brandon, was quick and friendly. Really great business.
