poor communication and service

The managers here have no clue what customer service is...they take shortcuts and do not deliver what they promise in terms of security. When you have a concern, they honestly don't case and can have rude. I had to call the corporate office and they switched dealers for me and now I'm ok...central security is right on. Now I'm secure, something asap could not deliver on the first time.

We uses this company now. The install was great but we already had a system. and the first few months of added safty great. But the no call when the alram is set not such a great feeling and the lack of being able to get a hold to the man we spoke with first also no so great.
