I worked at Arundel Lodge for 12 years. I wish I could of picked the business up and took it with me. I have never worked for a agency that cared as much for the consumers and staff. The upper management always kept the door of their office's open and if you needed to talk or just vent they were available. I worked with a great group of people and miss them dearly. Working at Arundel Lodge has helped me grow to be a better person. I've learned a great deal about compassion, humility, patience and more. I'm proud and grateful to have been a part of Arundel Lodge for nearly six years. I'm looking forward to many more.

I am proud to have worked at Arundel Lodge for many years. The staff are the best and most dedicated people I have ever worked with. The mission and vision of the organization are very positive and always put the individuals we serve first. The volunteers are an inspiration daily. It's a great place!
