This is the most unresponsive company I've ever dealt with. I purchased a maintenance agreement for my heating and AC units because ARS Laurel was the subcontractor for the builder who built my home. The first maintenance call went well. It was in the off season and I felt the service person did a good job. Now my AC is broken during the busy season and they have not shown up for two scheduled...
