Absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I rented an RV from this place and received utter contempt from the owner and his employees. When I arrived in the small crowded office, I wasn't even acknowledged for 15 minutes. Then the greeting was: "Partner, we're not going to get to you for 30 minutes". I filled out the paperwork, with no explanation other than "sign here". The RV training was a joke.
When I turned the RV in, my greeting was: "give me the keys". I followed the guy into the office where he literally slammed the door in my face. After watching him use the computer in silence for 10 minutes, he prints the receipt, says "this is what you owe". After paying, never having him look me in the eyes, I say, "are we all checked out?", he replies, "yep", and that was the end of it. Really crazy. I saw three other customers during this process and all were treated with the same disdain. Highly recommend you find another dealer.
