The complex is terrible at maintenance. The unit I am in needs updating. We can hear and smell everything our neighbors do.

Good space with great service

Been living here for two years now and we love it. Its a very quiet neighborhood but still close enough to shops, dining and bars. Maintenance response has been the best I've seen in a long time. We put work orders in and within a day it gets resolved. The only negative is not knowing what the rent is going to be when the lease is over.

I have resided at ark for going on 4yrs. it is a very quiet, well maintained property. maintenance is outstanding, and any calls are answered regarding repairs within 24 hrs, even late night maintenance calls are promptly addressed. Theresident amenities are numerous, pool, tennis courts, nautilis room, and free computer access are among a few. In short a good place to live.

Currently, me and my girlfriend live here, and have been since March. We have had nothing but good ezperiences. At night it gets quiet, our neighbor's are nice, and the location never makes her feel uncomfortable. The location is great because of the easy access to route 1, and the turn pike. We use the gym, and the pool. And both are nornally clean. The pool could use more skimming but other...
