I scheduled an appointment for a CT Scan. I went there 15 minutes before my appointment was scheduled, they verified my insurance information etc... They let me wait an additional 30 minutes just to tell me that the doctor is on lunch and they don't know when he might be back (although my appointment was scheduled).
