Don't use this place! Absolutely terrible customer service. The worst. They did a pretty good job on my sofa, but I have a few small problems and I have been leaving messages for months trying to get them to return a call. Nothing! Office voicemail is always full, and Liz does not return phone calls from her cell. I would not recommend them to anyone!!!

Their work is OK, but customer service is terrible.Hard to get them to return phone calls.Also, be sure to get the estimate in writing.I didn't, and the final bill came to $100 more than the estimate.Tried to get Liz (Owner) to call me to discuss this, but never heard from her, despite several phone calls, messages to employees etc. so I ended up paying the extra hundred bucks.

I called Liz and her team at Arizona Leather Restorations and they were awesome. First off they were very helpful. They took the time to fully educate me about the type of leather I had and how to help prevent the same problems I was having. I would recommend them to anyone with any leather problems. This company is truly unique, I know of no other company that can do what they did for me.
