I'm not sure what the service is like. I didn't get that far. I phoned and made an appointment which they didn't keep and on my follow up call they didn't acknowledge or apologize for the missed appt. to them there was no missed appt because apparently no one decided to record that they advised me to be home at 10:00 AM on a Monday and my reminder of this point only served as a nuisance. Then they had the nerve to not try and rectify there mistake but only asked was I going to be home the rest of the day. No professionalism and a total disregard for the value of other people's time.
