The last 3 visits have been awful. It's all service oriented. Unfortunate since arby's food has always been great. Tonight, my husband specifically requested Arbys . He works 12 hours a day ,6 and 7 days a week. By the time I got home....his was the only order NOT IN THE BAG. I repeated the order 3 -times. It is now 9:15. Thank you. So much.
