I literally ordered 2 sandwiches and sat im the drive thru for over 20 minutes. Ive experienced slow service before but this takes the cake. I had to leave or id be late for work. Unacceptable.

Service was ok. Sorry to say the Hawaiian Fish Sandwich was poor. Fish had no taste and the bread which was supposed to be so great was very soggy. Husband had the Italian Sub which he said was pretty tasty.

This Arbys continues to spiral downward. Needs severe management reorg or loose their franchise. Tonight at 6:30pm they were out of tea, turnovers and ketchup. They had no plans of making anymore...

Arby's is good no matter what town you're in. This one is larger than most. and has smoked glass windows, making it cooler than most.

We love Arby's... however today we stopped at this Arby's reheated (old dried out curly fries, roast beef was thicker than usual and dry....) just to help by critiquing so management can work on the food they serve:/
