ALWAYS , ALWAYS , missing something in order! I even confirmed at the window and STILL did not get all I ordered. Of course, didn’t realize until got home and OF COURSE no receipt in my bag nor offered when my card was returned! Kingsport’s E stone drive location 7/01/20 at 5:20pm! Paid $25 for Missing items. Too mad to go back and argue. Just won’t go back!

Fish sandwiches were cold. I ordered potato cakes and received curly fries. I live in NY but I visited one in my hometown of Kingsport TN last week. Order was wrong and food cold

Way better than the one in Mt.Carmel! Which is sad because I live in Mt.Carmel. The food is always hot and my order is always correct. The staff is very friendly and inviting.
