Love this complex! it's quiet and everyone is friendly. It's in the heart of the new tech center shopping center but at the same time off of the road so you don't hear all of the traffic passing by. So glad I moved out here !

I really love my apartment. I just moved there and it's everything and more ,the staff is amazing and also the tenants. I live right next to the playground and my grandkids love it as well. So please consider me for free rent it would be so nice to have that off my shoulders. Thank you sharon

Arboretum Place Apartments is a great community with en even better location! Right in the heart of the Oyster Point district of Newport News. Conveniently located right near Patrick Henry Mall, Tech Center Marketplace, City Center, Ft. Eustis, and the interstate. The staff is super friendly and really care about their residents! Truly 5-Star Service!!
