After receiving the free estimate, we had decided to go with Arbor Tree Care Inc and were told we would get a phone call to set things up. We never heard back so we decided to go with someone else. Four days after Arbor's estimate, someone calls at 8:30, but I had an errand to run so was going to call when I got back. Well, at 8:50 their crew just shows up!
