Help us make it rightWe purchased a pool made by this company 3 years ago. Pool got a hole in the wall that rusted through. Called Aquasports,Told to send pictures , receipts , etc. We have a 30 year warranty = Not worth the paper it is written on ! Told by Aquasports to go ahead and have the repair done = 500.00. Aquasports refuses to pay for the repair.The hole was a defect. When the liner was removed ,we saw the pool walls were rusted all the way around 30 inches up from the ground. These are cheap pools,with a high price tag. Do yourself a favor and purchase from Walmart or Amazon. You will get a better pool for a much , much cheaper price.They make the 30 year warranty sound great. It is useless ! You will be paying almost as much as you did for the original pool . They have no costumer service skills at all ! Once you make the purchase they are done with you. This place is a HUGE RIP OFF WITH LOW QUALITY POOLS ,HIGH PRICE ,Believe the reviews
I have been selling aquasport pools for more than a decade. Some of my close friends have their pool. Many customer that take proper care of their pools that are up to 15 yrs old. Anything of any quality can be destroyed. If you own a pool use as little chlorine as possible and keep ph and alkalinity balanced. Simple way to add life to your pool. A warrenty is on defect not abuse of product..take care of your stuff.
I just purchased a Kingston 30 foot oval pool through Viscount Pools and had it installed.I have called this outfit twice requesting information on the pool that I purchased (for the permit) and to inquire about fencing. The guy (i.e. clown) that answers the phone (rudely) reports the he will mail the information out, but has not done so. This is over a two month period.After reading the previous reviews on this company, I am getting concerned about my purchase.
I have the same thing happening with my Milano 52" round pool. THe wall is pitting and rusting through all the wall around the inside. I was looking for the warranty number when I stumbled onto this one review that is exactly what I am going through.My pool is 10 years old but has a 30 year pro rated warranty. I guess that is why I can never get through on the phone. They don't want to answer their phones. I will NEVER buy from this place again. Don't waste your time or money!!!!
I have a 15ftx30ft oval pool [MILANO],with a 52 inch steel wall.The pool is 6 years old.I had a small leak in the liner over the winter,and I just recently bought a new liner.When the pool installer came out to replace my pool liner.He removed the old liner and found that the inside wall was pitting and rusting all the way around the pool 36"up from the floor.He put foam padding behind the new liner,so that it might help protect the new liner.It cost me an extra $200 for this.I called AQUASPORT POOLS LLC.Which is the manufacture of my above ground pool.I spoke to a gentleman about this problem.He told me that he could not help me.I said you got to be kidding me,what about your thirty year warranty?He replied again,I CANNOT HELP YOU!I was very repectful speaking to him,but the way he replied to me he sounded and acted like a "******** came to a conclusion about some of these companies in good old corporate america today,that they only care about sales of there product and nothing about there service/warranties.You would think they would treat the consumer better due to how bad the economy is today.
