Was at the Reon DR store on Sat. 5/12/18. The POS terminal was down. A tall blond woman took control and said "no problem". We'll just take the info from the credit credit card and enter it later. While other employees were at a loss as to what to do she just took command! GREAT job!!! Sorry I didn't get her name.

ABSOLUTELY the BEST in their field! Very Professional, Quick to respond very pleasant people, I would not go to any other Pool Company If I were you!

If I could give ZERO I would. NEVER have I dealt with a company so unprofessional. We have waited 2 weeks for someone to come and service our pool pump. Every person we talk to is less knowledgable the the last. All we have heard from them is "I don't know what to tell you", let me ask and have them call you back. NO ONE calls of course, we have had to call them constantly. THAT is not the way...
