I have dealt with only one other home health equipment company, but I am not impressed with Apria's service. Their communication with my doctor's office and myself was extremely poor. I would not recommend this company to anyone needing equipment. they are not even worth one star.

They have made 6 appointments to check the concentrator and have yet to come and check the equipment. Only called to say they could not make the appointment for 2 appointments that didn't know about until they called.
