If you can get your medical supplies and rehabilitation items from another company, I advise you to do so. The customer service is pitiable, the scheduling for supply drop-off to patients is iffy,the attention to patients details is non-existant. STAY AWAY from Apria!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've gotten My mobility scooter from apria, December, 2006. It started acting up September 2007.
Called Apria. Left several messages. after 2 months of NO returned calls, decided to go in to apria. To make a long story short, it is now at the end of July, 2008. I still do not have my scooter. all for what he tells me is "A throttle Problem"

as far as i am concerned, apria is great. they have provided with oxygen and related equipment in several states under some very trying conditions in several states. in california, they brought me a two week supply of hard tanks to a boat on a dock, more than 200 feet from shore. in new hampshire, thay delivered a concentrator and tanks ten miles up a mountain road, in the snow. These people don't call you call in a timely fashion, had to eventually call back after four days of not getting a new cpap machine to us.
