we bought from them.5 year back and we have had nothing but problems with it- they sold us a lemon piece floor model and are not willing to admit it- on top of that they want to charge us for coming out and fixing the item which should?

their claim is- ""its out of warranty""- how can we expect a high end item to stop working barely a few months out of warranty?- clearly they are selling damaged products

so its better to buy from reputable national chains who stand by their claims rather than good-for-nothing ""local"" store
