If it were possible to rate with negative stars, Appliance Connection would receive -5.Customer service is nonexistent, while lies and non-truths are prolific. All blame for late delivery, four days, was placed on "the younger generation" truck drivers.
Absolutely the worst customer service and poor follow up I have ever seen. It's been over a week, they failed to show up to repair my refrigerator on two separate days, with no notice that they weren't coming at all. Repeated phone calls to ask why they failed to show were met with lame excuses, vague …
Sell all new appliance and some referbished. We have a parts counter and a service truck for repairs. We finaince and layaway is available. We are here to help all your kitchen needs.
