ZERO STARS!!!!Poor customer service.When food is over cooked and the taste is not up to par, the manager is supposed to fix it and make it right, not make excuses and "say this is how it is" or "it's hard to get things 'picture perfect'" or even "it's our most popular item."You apologize and fix it.This Applebee's just lost a few more customers.

I am a huge fan of Applebee's but this one is seriously the WORSE I have ever been to... There was absolutely no line and so many empty tables on Sunday around 4 when i went.. I had to wait 15 minutes to get seated, I asked the hostess for a water and she told me to wait for my server.. I waited for about 10 …
