40% of visits are good, 60% of visits are not so good. Management is seldom visible. Food may be good or it may not. Service is usually mediocre at best. Wish there was another Applebee's nearby.

Terrible service, left without ordering

Stood at door for a while because it took forever to get noticed by the host, and this was NOT a busy time of day. Finally got seated and no one came to our table, not even for a drink order. After sitting for 15+ minutes with out even one waiter or waitress looking in our direction we walked out....

My husband and I went here for lunch on a Thursday only because we had a gift card. We waited well over 15 minutes to place a drink order and another 20 minutes for our food which was not good at all.
