To be completely honest here. The Apple Store 'Specialists' who wear hats... not to be rude or curse... but they are douche bags toward Windows/Microsoft users. I mean I know that they are competitive companies, but really to their customers?

Never amazes me. 15 employees standing around doing nothing and only guy can see you. Why always is there a 2.5 hour wait when you call first to come in? I really do not like Apple but my daughter does! Crap! This brand and store really sucks. Just my 2 cents. They could learn so much in customer service!

We went to the store last weekend. SInce it was a weekend, the place was packed. Regardless, we received the best customer service from both employees who helped us out. Even after there was a mixup the next day before we picked up our new iMac, the employees and manager did everything they could to make our shopping experience a positive one. I will DEFINITELY be returning to the Apple Store...

Thank you for killing my dreams of Apple being great even after Steve Jobs. I haven't had to buy anything I. Store since Steve jobs. I dealt with "specialists" who were just as clueless as the old people in the training sessions on how to turn on a computer. 1 hour of waiting during a time when it wasn't busy is ridiculous. I'll just wait until boca has them in stock.

My daughter is scheduled to do Apple Camp starting on 8/3...
Unexpectedly she will be having surgery on 8/3...
Can she be moved to the camp on the following week? I'm unable to change it online...
