This place is not fun. I am seeing how many bad reviews I can write while waiting for an eta from a 20 minute battery change that should have been done an hour and ten minutes ago. Still waiting. On the battery and the eta.

The Apple Store @ Shortpump Mall is always packed. I suppose that's par for the course with such great products. The staff is always willing to help and most provide great advice. The one-to-one services are not always as personalized as they promote.
