Apple not only fixed my battery problem, which actually caused a multitude of problems for my laptop, but I also walked out of the store paying the least amount possible because they were efficient and wonderful with the repair. They really are geniuses.. and really sweet, too! Thanks Apple Store at Barton Creek Mall! You're the best! :o)

I was in the middle of my appointment and they made me move to a different spot in the store and took away the girl helping me. All while I had my one year old, stroller, purse and son out of the stroller.
