After reviewing our contract files for this year I found no one who could possibly fit this severe review. All our other reviews are contrary, complementing us on our professionalism. If there is a problem it is taken care of before we accept final payment. We have an unparalled 30 year workmanship warranty. There can be added costs (i.e. replacement of bad wood hidden under the old roof) but...

I give them 1 star but just because I cannot give them 0. First they took a couple of days to give me a call back and then they didn't even show up for the appointment. Very unprofessional! I will never work with them or recommend them to anybody.

Apple Home Improvements recently replaced my existing roof. From my first call to their offices they were consistently professional, courteous and responsive. Both Lynn (owner) and Barry (roofing tech/sales rep) listened to my concerns, provided information and options, came when scheduled; and, because of the nature of the issues with my roof, scheduled the replacement as soon as feasible....

For the price they charged, the work should have been much better quality. It was sloppy and unfinished. They were dishonest about the work that was to be done and refused to finish without extra charges. Several people who have seen the work agree that it was done very poorly. Would advise to not work with this company.
