In a town facinated with all things foodie, Apotheke offered PDX a truly unique experience. This place will be greatly missed. Not only was I treated with outstanding service, the servers were always very patient, friendly and knowledgeable, but there is really nothing else like it in town. Elaborate mixed drinks can be found all over town, but there was something so refreshing in the simplicity of Apotheke. Drinking was more than a pleasure it was also entertaining.
