I ordered a wahl hero trimmer, the package came opened and the blade was rusty. When I called to return the item they blamed Wahl and refused to help me. I then called Wahl customer service and they were very interested in my experience with Apopka and wanted all their info which I was glad to give them. Wahl said they will be glad to exchange the item for a new one. Take a lesson from Wahl...

Horrid customer service. They make mistakes. Once an Order didn't get processed and had me waiting too long. I finally followed up to see where and if sent and they said human error and i wsited another week till received. Another time they Sent different barber jacket then what ordered and never offered to correct their mistake. Ii Had to pay to return and follow up 3 times to see if they...

I purchased a clipper I opened the box and used it and it wasn't working properly and seem to be a defected item. I called to let them know to find out that they tell me if I want to exchange it I have to pay for a restocking fee shipping to return and shipping to send back to me and they never explained that to me at the beginning when its not even my fault the item I purchase doesn't work.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THEY HAVE THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE with RUDE Reps.
