I called to find out about my vehicle and the guy who answered was very curt I then gave him my information and he gave me the the total amount for my vehicle Im not sure if it was my mobile phone or his line…

I called to find out about my vehicle and the guy who answered was very curt I then gave him my information and he gave me the the total amount for my vehicle Im not sure if it was my mobile phone or his line that had bad reception so I asked the gentlemen if he would please give me the total again and the break down he then replied ""Can you not hear I already told you"" I explained to him that I wasnt for sure if it was my line or his but we had a bad connection he then said ""well why dont you come down here and ill tell you"" and hung up.... I called back hoping...
