I have lived at Summer Station for a total of 8 years. The first 4 years at Station East and currently in a one bedroom apartment at Summer Station. THEY ARE THIEVES & LIARS! This place was the worse! Paper thin walls & ceilings, front office very unorganized & unprofessional, mold grows inside the apartment, they used some type of cheap acrylic paint on bar area that peels up....just to name a few things. They lie about small carpet stains …

We lived here for one year after first moving to Virginia Beach in 2007. Chimney Hill is not a terrible area but Summer Station backed up to the old K-Mart parking lot and there were a lot of punks who liked to jump the fences and break into cars and steal items.
