just try to get out of the membership after 1 year. Calling, sending letters doesn't work. My next step is calling my attorney. Very dissatisfied with the program. No one ever there to help you. If there is, they want to charge you for advice. Don't join this gym....

Had the same experience in which there is no customer service. I have called and called to no avail. Finally after two months of calling spoke to Jay. Jay told me he was busy and would call back 15 minutes. It's been 4 days.
