Wish I had the same experience as everyone else! They were called for warranty repair. After a telephone call for me to describe the fault code, I was told that I would be called back. A never happened. I was also told a repair person would be by between 1 and 5. No one showed up. I have left messages and no return call. Update to previous post. This company did fail to return a call. They did fail to make the service call in the time promised. They were an hour late, but. The technician that was sent was thorough, courteous and knowledgable, and also apologetic. He tried to call to let me know he would not make the service call on time, but dialed the wrong number. I called for service on my washer. The work was great, the technician knowledgeable and friendly.
