it was mothers day weekend. The nail salon was packed so they rushed throughthe job. My nails were horrible. The staff try to talk you into upgradingto more expensive services but can't evenget the basicdone correctly. I wouldnever recommendthis place. My toe nail polish never evengot the topcoat put on it so my polish was comingoff the sameday
Got there and thought it was going to be fabulous because of the beautiful atmosphere... wow was I wrong!
I really wish I could take a picture so that you could see how horrible my nails look. My sister went with me and her's look horrible too! AND it was way overpriced!

waited over an hour for my nail tech to show.no one offered assistance or even attempted to offer a credit. they just looked at me sitting there like i was fromanother planet. whatever happened to customer service! prices are much higher than other shops..
I have been here a couple of times, mainly because the shop I usually go to is full and each time their service gets worst and worst. They are very rude and do a rushed job. Today had to be the worst I left with nail polish and glue all over my hands after I got my nails done and it definitely wasn't worth the price I paid. It's beautiful on the inside but the technicians suck at customer...

The only place I will get my nails done! They are the BEST! My mom and I always go in and get our nails done together (we usually just walk in or call an hour ahead of time and ask when they will have time for us). They have massage chairs and the best deal for a mani/pedi. Outstanding customer service, tons of colors to choose from, including gel. I highly recommend!

These people are MEAN. Also, during my pedi, the base coat she put on was not a base coat- it was bare nail when it dried. The bottle was labeled base coat. She also cut me a few times.
