This is amongst the worst places I have ever had my nails done. I had shellac on my toes and in lieu of using the chemical to dissolve the polish the woman used an electric file to remove the nail polish. The young, female technician did not speak english... I have had shellac done several times elsewhere and never once have they filed my nail using such equipment. I then asked this same woman to cut the skin around my nail. I asked over four times (nicely) and she was convinced I was talking about the cuticle. I gave up... She applied only one coat of the clear on the toes; there was no shine. I do a better job at my nails and decided to give this place a try. This was an awful experience not to mention the less than satisfactory customer service. I was not greeted with a smile; there was little to no genuine exchange. I will definitely not return nor will I share a good word. Do not be fooled by the glitzy outer appearance of this salon.
I did some research on Yelp to find a good place to get a shellac manicure. this is it. my experience was great. they couldn't have done a better job with the polish- no mistakes. My new go-to for shellac manis in this city,
Staff is enthusiatic and professional! They suggesed that I give a try to do mani and pedi on classic style. I was hesitated because I never did it before. Wow! My nails looked so fancy and flawless. Unless I was waiting for my mani and pedi drying, I would hug them tightly.
I enjoyed the visit. But was annoyed when our tech didn't think twenty percent was a good enough tip and started complaining to others

Polish was all over my fingers and the design was horrible. Very rude staff. Not impressed.
