Use this company only if you are looking for trouble. I asked Annapolis Pool and Spa to close winterize my pool last year. When I opened the pool, I found they had left some lines open, not cleared others, forgotten to put plugs in place and left the spa empty. I had major problems as a result. Techicians from American Home Shield confirmed these problems (broken pipes and heater damage)...

No trusted people%2C the help doesn%27t know what are they doing. They show up for an hour then they leave and come back two days later without let anybody knows so they will tell you anything and charge you for xxxx hours they feel like. They put chemicals but they will never test the water properly. When they finish they will leave all their mess for you to clean it. Bad experience. They did...
