Since someone else took this facility over, it's quality and professionalism have greatly waned. They did not follow distinct directions I left them for my dog with regards to his feeding and care, washed my dog with a water hose using cold water, and did not have the dog bathed by by pick up time, and the live-in attendant was very unprofessional and rude when confronted about his...

Found a Groupon for this business so I tried it out. I was worried about the last minute drop off since I was preparing for a three night overnight stay and I called a couple oh hours before closing.
