We have demonstrated over and over that thoroughly screened, well-trained, nurturing caregivers raise healthy children. Approximately 25% of the children we place are ultimately adopted by an Angels family, providing forever families for some of the most at-risk children in our community.

My husband will retire from the military soon and one of the main reasons we are considering staying in the San Diego are is because we want to continue to foster through Angels! It has been a privilege to work with Angels and we can't imagine doing this without their support and guidance!
