I have been going to Angelo Mesisco's for nearly 20 years and I LOVE THEM! I have always been treated with the utmost kindness and professionalism. I have been stopped on the street many times and received compliments on my hair cut and color! Patty and Jan can never retire!! They are the best!

I lived in the Norfolk/Va Beach area for many years, & Karen always cut my hair. She's the best. I got many many compliments. No stylist before or since has done such a great job.

BUT. I had my hair highlighted at another area salon (No Rootz), & was very pleased w/the results, but since I was visiting in Norfolk & I was on a tight schedule, I thought I'd schedule an appointment at Mesisco to touch up the root area. AWFUL. First, instead of doing a touchup (per my appointment), the colorist decided to foil my entire head. The price was about 5x what I was told the my appointment would...
