Dr. Henritze and his staff are very professional and extremely courteous and kind. Ive been going to him for 10+ years and Ive always been happy with the service they provide. I recommend him to anyone looking for a good dentist.

2nd visit was for a small filling. I was given a shot for local numbing prior to work and waited as they appeared to be very busy. When Dr. Henritze finally began, I involuntarily jumped a couple of times due to the pain. He became angry and said "something that should take 10 minutes is going to take 40 minutes now" and very roughly jammed the needle in my gums numbing my entire mouth,...

Does not stand behind his work. Ordered a old technology bridge to use with implant. It was not tightened properly and became loose. He drilled through the bridge to correct his ms take and the bridge broke in his office. He informed me that I was responsible for a replacement.
