They say that enforcing the rules and fining people to death keeps the neighborhood clean. So instead of knocking on my door and letting me know about little, silly things like my trash can, send me a certified letter saying that I have been fined for the maximum amount permitted by state law. Policies and fines can work to some extent, but go overboard with them and you end up with a community full of anger, resentment, and negativity. A little kindness and neighborly love can work too - heck, it might even bring the community together.

I finally had to sell my condo because I could no longer deal with Andleton's mismanagement. Be aware that at Daybreak Condos there is an elitist group that represents the ""board"" who are exempt from all rules and regulations. To everyone else, the rules not only apply but change as Andleton Management sees fit. They in no way, shape, or form maintain the property as they are required to do.
