In response to Mr. Franco's complaint, I would like to express my side of the story. I. A.I.R was paid $13,179.88 by the Francos, not $15,000.00 as stated by Mr. Franco. That's a difference of $2,770.12 I have doucuments to support this fact. Stay away from this company.......We paid them $15,000 to have our existing gutters ruined, inside wall repairs done that a kid playing with clay, and flashings done extremely poorly. When we pointed out the poor work, we got wise cracks and more aggrevation form Brad Hendricks. When we called the owner, we never received a call back.After holding back half of the money, we got some results....
