Keep your elderly parents away from this man. He is a high pressure manipulative salesman who overcharges and later if you have a problem or question,,too bad, so sad. He will be your best bud before and during the sale,, but once your parent gets home and realizes there is a problem you can forget it! He puts "sample" hearing aids on his victim and takes them outside to "hear the birds sing"....
