Jim has done a great job on my taxes for many years. He takes his time to cover all of my concerns. He fixed problems that my prior accountant did wrong. He is a pro and his staff is awesome. He always gets back to me in a timely manor.

Mr. Flauas has may tax paper work for 27 days . Has no ideal when he can get to them. Now for five days will not pick up the phone , return a call , or e-mail . Do not use

Mr. Flauaus had many errors on my taxes, not only did he file wrong but he had wrong amounts and most importantly wrong Tax Refund amounts. This has cost me $300 to correct plus his regular fee of $250. He has yet to return any of my calls or emails regarding this matter. Very unprofessional. Do not use Anchor Accounting since this is his company!
