Help us make it rightNot sure what Redman is referencing but this company services our Rainsoft system yearly and has been doing so for a few years now. The scheduler and the service technician are both really nice to deal with. They are prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. When we redid our counters and sink, I ordered new spouts from them and they arrived and were installed in a very timely manner. I've had nothing but really positive experiences with this company.
