James Kennedy, the owner, has poor communication with the customers.
He told me over the phone that he will get with me next day... I was waiting for him in my house, but he never stopped by or called back. Looks like HE DOES NOT NEED NEW CUSTOMERS.
What quality of service I supposed to expect? The person, owner of the company, can not even keep his promises in VERY BEGINNING???
