I spoke with someone on the phone at the Disputanta office about having my gas furnace serviced, was told they were running a special of $79.95. I just received the invoice and there is an addition charge of 9.59 for HazMat fee and a additional charge of 7.58 fuel recovery fee.???? This company does not know what they are doing. No one in the office knows what they are doing. I would not recommend any one to get gas from them. They never answer there phone and yes I have reported them to the BBB. Its a shame the last time a review was made was in 2007 and they still don't have it together

This company provides horrible service. Getting someone to answer the phone or if you have an issue getting someone to talk to you is next to impossible. I have had to file a complaint with the BBB. It was the only way to get my issues addressed. It took them 3 tries before they would get a responce from the gas company. I got wise this year and changed to Spencer Brothers.
