Location was perfect, it was near airport & many shopping complex. The room was decent for the price. They do provide oat meal packets & coffee for breakfast.\n\nWhen I asked for my used towel to be replaced by new towel, they asked me bring the used towel to front desk... this I never experienced anywhere else. The lift was not working.

location\n\nThe pillowcase was dirty. I noticed it in the morning when I turned it over. I brought it to the front desk and 4 days later, I have not been called back or contacted. I would never stay there again and DO NOT recommend it to anyone else! GROSS!!

The room doors did mot lock at all or the sliding glass door either. Could leave to do what was needed since the doors didn't lock.

Location,resauraunt,bar, none were open, breakfast was great.\n\nWe were supposed to have adjoining rooms, we had to fight to be on the same floor, we booked this I way in advance and they said it was your fault, we walked seven miles that day and were looking forward to the hot tub, one did not work the other barely
