Booked for a week, was told if I checked out early I would be charged at the daily rate, cool. Checked in 3 pm Monday, checked out around 6 am Thursday morning, making 3 nights in my simple mind. The guy behind the counter, seemed to think I was stupid and kept explaining to me why I had to pay...

Service good, value poor

The service at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! There was no breakfast, just juice and coffee, but Denny's was almost next door. We had to go literally from one end of the hotel to the other to get ice because the was only the one machine at the far end in the smoking section of the motel....

Ok but if you search you can find better

It's ok but there's others in the same price range that are better like microtel in Bloomington. I would stay here again if I had to but otherwise I would look for a better and safer place. It is right off of 35w and close to valley fair, Canterbury downs and mall of america isn't that far away.

Rates for hotels anywhere around Minneapolis are ridiculous. This average hotel is out in the suburbs, but close enough to several attractions and downtown, too. It isn't in the best area, but cross the Main Street and everything changes to a great area. However, many people walk around this area to local restaurants, so I'm not trying to to give...

Old and Very Basic

This hotel wasn't terrible but was far from great. This appears to be a very old property. It is not located in a great part of town. Rooms were small and dated looking. There is no elevator to the second floor. Breakfast is not included. While the rate was better than most hotels in the area, we didn't consider it...
