The location was excellent.\n\nThe check-in clerk was rude and lacked an understanding of basic customer service. When I called about the internet code the following night, the desk clerk was also rude and kept rapidly saying the number despite my request for him to slow down.\n\nThe ice machine did not work. There was also no elevator.
